Marinara Sauce

2 1/2 Cups diced tomatoes

1 Clove garlic minced

6 Finely chopped anchovies

3 TBSP olive oil

1/2 TSP oregano

1 TBSP minced parsley

     Sauté garlic lightly in olive oil.  Add the tomatoes.  Stir in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
