Pico de Gallo

3 - 4 Tomatoes cut to small pieces

1/3 - 1/2 Red onion diced

1 Jalapeno pepper and 1 red chili pepper - remove seeds from both and chop to very small pieces

3 -4 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped up (no stalks)

3 Garlic cloves chopped fine

A couple splashes of lime juice

Sprinkle on a little salt

Add a dash of black pepper

Mix all together

   Serving Suggestions: 

Serve with tortilla chips for a snack.  Spoon over chicken and bake for a spicy dinner.  Serve with tacos, nachos quesadillas or any other Mexican dish.
